Sharks coach Shane Flanagan was pleased with his teams' allocation of Sunday games, while also looking forward to starting his season with back-to-back matches at Remondis Stadium following the release of the 2015 Telstra Premiership draw today.

Flanagan was of the belief the Sunday start to the year provided the perfect opportunity for fans to come out in force for when his Sharks take on Ricky Stuart's Raiders in round one, while the run into the playoffs, with four homes games in the last six weeks, also gives his team a chance to come home with a wet sail in their bid to qualify for the final series.

The head coach spoke with Sharks TV, giving his thoughts on the 2015 draw and how it might impact his team.

The Flanagan interview is now playing on Sharks TV
