Newly appointed Sharks Group CEO Lyall Gorman has a proven track record as a sporting administrator, piloting the Central Coast Mariners, then the Western Sydney Wanderers to outstanding success during his time at the two A-League clubs.

A part of this success came from the commitment of both organisations to fan and community engagement, with Gorman keen to replicate his interaction with fans and the local area in his new position at the Sharks.

The first of those types of initiatives which has been instigated by Gorman will be Community Fan Forums, to be held next Monday and Tuesday evenings.

Gorman, Chairman Damian Keogh and NRL Head Coach Shane Flanagan will front the Fan Forums as the Sharks provide opportunity for all Sharks members, sponsors, fans and the general community to have a say in relation to the future of the Cronulla Sutherland Football Club.

The first of the forums is scheduled for the Club On East (Formerly the SUS Club located on the western side of Sutherland railway station) on Monday, December 8, starting at 7.00pm.

The second fan forum will then be conducted for residents in the east of the Shire, to be held in the main auditorium at Sharkies on Tuesday, December 9, also beginning at 7.00pm.

Mark down the dates in your diary and come along to have your say, to just listen to the questions raised and the responses given, or to just show your support of the Sharks.

Next Monday and Tuesday, December 8-9, the Sharks Community Forums.
