The last three players to begin pre-season training were on deck at Remondis Stadium today when new recruit Gerard Beale, hard-running forward Sam Tagataese and Kiwi winger Sosaia Feki joined the Sharks squad to begin their preparations for the 2015 season.

Given an extended break due to their Four Nations commitments, with Beale and Feki in the victorious Kiwi squad and Tagataese a member of the Samoan team, the trio sweated through ball work and defensive drills with all fit, keen and raring to go.

Beale met and started the process of familiarising himself with his new teammates, while Tagataese and Feki, both integral players in the Sharks line up in 2014, slipped back straight back into the fold without missing a beat.

The entire Sharks NRL squad for 2015 is now back in training ahead of the new season. The group will train through until Christmas, take a break over the festive season then resume prior to the Auckland Nines on January 31 and their first trial against the Manly Sea Eagles on February 7.

Sharks TV was on hand to capture some of the action at training this morning, while getting a few words from Beale and Tagataese on their first day.

The interviews, along with training footage, is now playing on Sharks TV.
