As coach Shane Flanagan expressed, the return of Paul Gallen, Wade Graham and Anthony Tupou and the first official appearance of Michael Ennis in Sharks colours saw the intensity at training step up a notch today.

"We've got some good work into the boys over the last few weeks but we've really been treading water in a way, waiting for these guys to start and now training can go to anothe level," Flanagan said.

Gallen trained away from the main group in his first session back, while Ennis had a light running load as he continues to work his way towards full fitness as he recovers from the broken foot suffered in the Grand Final qualifier some eight weeks ago.

Sharks TV was on hand to capture some of the action from today's session, with a highlights package now playing.
