Shane Flanagan has attempted to steer clear of the media spotlight since his reinstatement to the head coaching role some three weeks or so ago.
Since his return Flanagan has preferred to go about his work, coaching, planning, recruiting and familiarising himself with the surroundings at Remondis Stadium away from the limelight and as quietly and efficiently as possible.
