Daryl Grady has been a Sharks supporter since 1967, joined as a club member in 1976 and then as a perpetual leagues club member in 1981.

In 1997 he decided the Peter Burns Stand was where he wanted to watch his beloved Sharks go around each weekend and in 2014, some 17 seasons later, he was still in the same spot taking in all the action.

Today the membership renewal period got underway and Grady was at Sharkies Leagues Club and first in the queue at 9am to ensure he will have his favourite seats in the Peter Burns Stand once again in 2015 for what he believes will be a successful season for the Sharks.

“It certainly looks promising,” Daryl said. “Let’s hope there is no more controversy. If there isn’t, I think we can have a better season next year.”

From Heathcote, Grady was one of many who were quick to renew their memberships today. And with what he described as the ‘controversy’ of recent years behind us, with an impressive roster of players and with hopefully more announcements of significant player signings yet to come, Sharks supporters such as Daryl can look forward to some exciting times in 2015.

Those members looking to renew are encouraged to do so during the renewal window, which began today and runs through until December 8, with new ticketed memberships on sale now (seat allocation at the end of the renewal period).

As a Club member you can make a vital contribution to our success both on and off field, with the Sharks truly grateful for this commitment and continued support.

Join Daryl and become a Sharks members next season. We look forward to seeing you at Remondis Stadium for what promises to be an exciting ride in 2015.
