After the success of week one, the second weekend of Cronulla Sutherland District Junior League Grand Finals promises to be just as exciting with 15 matches to be played over two days.

Beginning with Under 8B’s and 8C’s to run concurrently from 9.00am, four clubs, St Josephs, Cronulla Caringbah, Sutherland Loftus and Engadine are represented in the mini-league Grand Finals with the action certain to be frantic.

The final game of the Saturday Grand Finals is scheduled for 3.50pm when Gymea take on the Aquinas Colts for the 11B’s title.

On Sunday the games get underway at 8.30am when De La Salle play a combined Cronulla Caringbah/Kurnell side in the 12C’s, with the last of seven games, again featuring De La Salle, this time against Gymea, in the 16’s Division 2 decider.

Once all games have been completed this weekend it will mean every Cronulla-Sutherland Junior League Grand Final was contested on the main field at Remondis Stadium, giving young local players the thrill of competing on the same field as their NRL heroes.
