Five losses in a row may look like it is all doom and gloom for the NYC Sharks however that is far from the case.
In each of the five losses the Sharks have been more than competitive and have had chances to win all of the games played, however lapses in concentration and untimely errors have let them down at crucial times.
This week the Sharks again have a chance to atone for recent failures, when they take on Souths at Remondis Stadium on Monday night.
With injuries affecting their squad the Sharks were last week forced to call on four players from their 2014 Under-18 SG Ball squad, with three of those players again selected to tackle Souths this week.
The NYC match is scheduled for a 4.45pm kickoff, with gates to Remondis to open at 4.30pm.
