After reviewing footage of the incident from all angles, the Sharks have decided against contesting the match review committee charge leveled against Andrew Fifita from the game last Monday night.

The Sharks prop was charged with a grade two shoulder charge in the 69th minute of the match on Titans winger David Mead. With an early guilty plea he will now miss two games and will have 62 carry-over points.

The club has also decided to accept the grade one dangerous contact charge against Siosaia Vave, with the Sharks forward to be sidelined for one match, while Michael Gordon will escape suspension on a tripping charge.

The grade one tripping charge against Gordon attracted 56 points with the early plea entered.
