Having had a disrupted pre-season, it was a welcome return for Gordon ahead of the start of the season proper. Gordon spoke to Sharks TV a full time of the trial match.
Tupou Sopoaga was another to speak with Sharks TV, the young back rower somewhat satisfied with his effort despite being in the end of a losing scoreline. Sopoaga will now have an anxious wait to see if he has done enough to force his way into the Sharks top side for their round one match against the Titans.
