NRL Team List: Round 13 v Sea Eagles
The Sharks have named a 23-player squad ahead of their round 13 clash with the Sea Eagles, having been granted one extra player due to the involvement of Blayke Brailey, Addin Fonua-Blake and Briton Nikora in Origin game one on Wednesday night.
While the three Origin Sharks have been included in the squad list, missing is half back Nicho Hynes, who suffered a calf strain at training during the week.
In place of Hynes, coach Craig Fitzgibbon has named half back Niwhai Puru to make his NRL debut. Also a goal kicking option for Friday night, Puru will partner Braydon Trindall in the halves.
Puru's twin brother Hohepa has also been named in jersey 18 in the Sharks squad to tackle Manly in a match to be played for the Steve Rogers Memorial Trophy. Hohepa played strongly in the Sharks win over the Bulldogs during Magic Round.
The game kicks off at Ocean Protect Stadium at 8.00pm on Friday night, see the two squads listed below.
