Jersey Flegg Team List - Round 9

After a strong win over Manly, the Jersey Flegg Sharks were valiant in a 30-16 loss to the ladder-leading Raiders in Round 8.

Having been beaten 30-4 by Canberra just a month earlier, Cronulla will take heart from scoring three second-half tries last weekend as they go into Sunday's clash with the St George Illawarra Dragons at PointsBet Stadium.

The Dragons sit in fourth place with a 5-3 record while the Sharks (2-1-4) rank 11th.

The under-21s local derby will be played as a curtain-raiser to the NRL action between the same rivals, with kick-off scheduled for 1.50pm.
