Sharks winger Sione Katoa will miss Sunday's Round 7 match against the Cowboys at PointsBet Stadium after accepting a one-game ban for a high tackle on Rabbitohs captain Cameron Murray.
The incident occurred late in the first half of Saturday night's 34-22 victory at Accor Stadium, with Katoa incurring a Grade 2 Careless High Tackle charge.
In taking the early guilty plea, Katoa will be available for the Round 8 away clash with Canberra. Had he fought the charge and lost he faced a two-match suspension.
