Backing up his form from the Sharks 2016 premiership winning season was never going to be easy, but Sosaia Feki maintained the pace in 2017, stamping himself as one of the most reliable wingers in the NRL today.

Stronger than most in the gym, Sosaia Feki never backs down from a contest. Just check out the Instagram post below and you’ll see just what he can do when he’s egged on by his team mates, lifting “just an easy 235kg."

But that hard work and dedication to his training off the field can be seen week in week out from the flying winger. Feki’s speed and strength were key to his team-high 13 tries, coming off the back of the ever reliable combination he’s formed with centre Ricky Leutele. A powerful finisher who always backs himself to the line.

As well as putting the icing on the cake with his finishes, Feki continued his trademark charges out of the Sharks defensive end, always setting the tone for his team mates to follow.

Unlucky to miss out on a spot in the 2017 Rugby League World Cup we can only imagine the drive and dedication Feki will return with to the Sharks in 2018.

No doubt we can expect a few more meat pies from Feki!
