Conducting his media call in front of a bus in the car park of Sharks Leagues Club this morning, coach Shane Flanagan used the backdrop and the opportunity to encourage members and fans to get out to Allianz Staium on Sunday to support his team in their elimination final on Sunday.

Flanagan reminded all of the tremendous crowd support the Sharks enjoyed in 2016 and with buses to transport patrons to the game this weekend, saw no reason for the fans not to get behind the team once again in this year's Finals campaign.

"Last year we had 20 buses or more go out. We'd love to have that number again this year," Flanagan said. "(The crowd support) does make a difference to the players."

Other than asking Sharks fans to jump on board and support his team, Flanagan also covered off on a number of other topics in his weely pre-game media conference including the challenge the Cowboys will present on Sunday, the fitness of Jack Bird and the prospect of playing their 'home' final at Allianz Stadium.

See what Flanagan had to say, with his weekly media call now playing on Sharks TV.
