With the injury to five eighth and playmaker James Maloney, the door has opened for his potential replacements, with the versatile Fa'amanu Brown certainly in the frame to fill the void.

Brown has regularly played both five eighth and hooker in the lower grades and also when opportunities have arisen in the Sharks NRL team, but at this stage he is still unsure as to which role he might be required to carry out when his team travels to Auckland to play the Warriors on Friday night.

Ahead of the trip to New Zealand, Brown spoke to the media earlier today, with the main topic of conversation centering around just what number he expected to have on his back and what role he might play on Friday.

See what Brown had to say, now playing on Sharks TV.
