It was another full week of training for the Sharks NRL squad, with field and strength sessions as they continue their preparations ahead of the 2017 season.

With head coach Shane Flanagan having well and truly settled in after his overseas fact-finding mission the intensity has lifted a notch, with skill and ball work drills, along with conditioning sessions the order of the day.

As is the typical training day for the NRL squad, following a break after their morning field run the players return in the afternoon for a strength in the gym under the eye of Physical Performance Manager Andrew Gray and Strength and Power coach Rob Leslie.

Sharks TV dropped by training this week and have put together the following video presentation.

See what the Sharks got up to down at their training base at the Sharks Academy Fields at Woolooware High School, now playing on Sharks TV
