Also in the crowd were the likes of Sharks immortal Gavin Miller, NRL immortal Johnny Raper, former St George and Parramatta captain Steve Edge, Dragons legend ‘Lord’ Ted Goodwin as well as a long list of former Cronulla first grade players including Terry Hughes, John Maguire, Greg Nixon and Chris Quinn.

It was event enjoyed by all as much-needed funds were raised for the Men of League and the causes they support.

The function in the Aqua Room at Sharkies was organised by the Southern Sydney section of the Men of League.

Sharks TV was on hand to speak with some of those former legends of the Sharks and Dragons, to get their take on Sunday’s big game at Kogarah.

A package from the Men of League luncheon, including interviews with some of the rugby league celebrities in the room, is now playing on Sharks TV
