At the instigation of Head Coach Shane Flanagan, all four Sharks teams, the Matthews Cup, SG Ball, NYC and NRL squads, trained as one at a Club Session last Friday.

Matthews Cup players as young as 14 participated in skills and drills training with NRL squad members such as Ben Barba, Andrew Fifita, Wade Graham and Michael Ennis, with all concerned gaining benefit from the session.

For the junior Sharks it was an opporunity to rub shoulders with those they look up to, while the top squad players had the chance to pass on their knowledge to the aspiring youngsters who one day will he hoping to be in a similar position to their NRL heroes.

But as much as it was a good-will exercise, the players were well and truly put through their paces by coaching and conditioning staff, as the highlights video will reveal.

See what went on at the Sharks All-In Club Training session, now playing on Sharks TV.
