Due to the fact they trained through to the 2014 Grand Final with the Bulldogs, new recruits Michael Ennis and Mitch Brown will have a couple of more weeks to rest up before getting into the pre-season training with the Sharks.

That however didn’t stop the pair from dropping in to Sharks training on day one of the pre-season, with the pair getting familiar with their surroundings as well as their new Cronulla teammates.

Ennis, a hooker with a wealth of NRL experience and Brown, a local boy returning after stints at the Tigers and Bulldogs since departing the club at the end of the 2009 season, slipped into some Cronulla training gear and spoke to Sharks TV in their first official interviews as members of the 2015 Sharks squad.

The captain of the Bulldogs in 2014 only to have his Grand Final aspirations shattered by a foot injury in the match the week previous to the Premiership decider, Ennis will bring the experience of 11 years and over 200 NRL games to the Sharks in 2015.

Since leaving the Sharks some four years ago, Brown has developed into a consistent NRL performer and now with some 130 games in the top grade at three different clubs, is set to make his mark at his former junior home.

Interviews with both with both Ennis and Brown are now playing on Sharks TV.
