John Morris and Beau Ryan, both recognised last night at the Men of League Gala Ball, are two of many players retiring from the NRL after outstanding careers.

Morris played five seasons for the Sharks and a total of 300 NRL games spanning four different clubs, while Ryan brought personality and ability to the Cronulla club when making the switch from the Wests Tigers prior to the 2013 season.

The Sharks pair have been included in a special video highlights package, prepared by the NRL as a tribute to those players hanging up the boots at the conclusion of the current season.

The NRL.com video is now playing on Sharks TV.
