  • How do I apply for my Membership?
    You can renew or purchase your Cronulla Sharks Membership via the following avenues:
    - Online membership portal at
    - By calling our membership team on 1300 SHARKS (1300 742 757)
    - By completing a membership form and posting to:
      Cronulla Sharks Membership Team, PO Box 2219, Taren Point NSW 2229
    - At the Sharks Store at Sharkies Leagues Club Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Saturday, 10am – 4pm

    Am I a Renewing or New Member?
    Any 2014 member that purchases a membership for the 2015 season is considered to be a renewing member. All other 2015 members are defined as new members.

    When is the renewal period?
    Memberships can be renewed for the 2015 season as follows:
    •    10th November – 8th December:  Renewing Members from 2014 are able to renew their same seat for the 2014 season or request a seat change. Renewals must be received by the 8th December to be eligible.

    •    8th  December onwards: Renewals for the 2015 season will continue until season kick-off however allocation of a members same seat is not guaranteed. Members will be placed on a next best available if their 2014 allocation is no longer available.

    You will need to notify the Sharks membership team at time of application that you would like to change or add to your 2015 membership seating allocation. Changes cannot be guaranteed due to the limited number of seats available.

    What is the process if I request a seat change within my existing category?
    If you are a Renewing Member who would like to move their allocation for the 2015 season this must be requested during the renewal period, either online, via 1300 SHARKS or written on the renewal form.

    Once the same seat renewal period finishes seating requests will be actioned by the membership team.  If your seating request cannot be met then you will remain in your 2014 allocation.

    I would like to upgrade my membership seats from the 2014 season. How can I do this?
    If you would like to upgrade your seats to a higher category please select this category on your membership form or online with payment details included. If this category is not available you will be contacted by the Membership Team to discuss your options.  Alternatively you can renew your membership via 1300 SHARKS.

    I am a New Member. When can I purchase my membership and when will
    my seat be allocated?

    New memberships are available for purchase from 10th November. Seat allocation for new members will not occur until mid December after the same seat renewal period has closed for existing members.

    Please note that seating requests will be accepted during this time and the Sharks Membership team will endeavour to allocate seats accordingly.

    How can I pay for my membership?
    You can choose either to pay for your membership in full by cash, Mastercard, Visa, EFTPOS or cheque at Sharks Store. Payment over the phone or online is by Mastercard, Visa only.

    Can I pay for my membership in instalments?
    Yes, Members have the option to go on an instalment plan through Debit Success. This can be made by visiting the Membership section on
    Payments can be made via Visa or Mastercard only.

    How many instalments will there be and when will it be taken out?
    Installments will take place on the 17th of the month following the day the member joins. Payment dates are started from 17th of November with the last payment being 17th of August. It will roll down each month pending when you join. A $5 fee will be charged on the day the membership is keyed into the database which will be 7 to 10 working days after resigning.

    Can I pay off my membership in full at a later date if I am on the
    payment plan?

    Yes, you can choose to pay off the balance on your account at any time throughout the season.

    When can I collect my 2015 Membership pack?
    Your 2015 membership package will be available for collection from mid-December.

    If you are purchasing a Cronulla Sharks membership as a gift please let the Membership staff know and we can provide you with a special gift certificate.

    Can I upgrade my passes on a game by game basis?
    No. There will be no game day upgrades available at Remondis Stadium.

    What if I miss the 8th December renewal closing date?
    Don’t worry! Memberships are still able to be renewed after this date however renewing members may not have their 2014 allocation available.  All seats after this date will be allocated the next best available seats.
    Remember - Renew by the 8th December to avoid disappointment.

    Where do I go if I have a concern on game day?
    Our friendly membership team will be available at our Membership Marquees at nominated games out the front of Remondis Stadium or the Sharks Store located in Sharkies Leagues Club.

    How do I redeem my Sharkies Leagues Club membership?
    All members who are over 18 years of age who purchase a 2015 Cronulla Sharks membership will receive a 12 month Sharkies Leagues Club membership. You will receive an application form with your 2015 Membership pack.

    Is my membership transferable?
    Yes. If you are unable to attend a game you may give your membership card/ticket to someone else to use. However, entry to the stadium will be subject to the classification of the membership (e.g. an Adult would be refused entry on a junior membership). Memberships cannot be upgraded for entry to a single game.

    How do I purchase additional home game tickets?
    Additional tickets for individual Sharks home games must be purchased through Ticketek. Visit or call Ticketek on 132 849. There is no guarantee that one-off game day tickets will be available near your season seat(s).

    Who do I contact if I have a question about my membership?
    The Sharks Membership Team can be contacted on 1300 SHARKS or via The hotline is available from 9.00am – 5pm Monday - Friday. It is not operational on weekends or public holidays. Ticketing and membership queries at home games can be answered by our membership team located out the front of Remondis Stadium at nominated games or the Sharks Store inside the Sharkies Leagues Club.

    How do I replace my membership card/ticket if it is lost or stolen?
    You will need to call 1300 SHARKS to arrange a replacement card. The barcode of the original card will be cancelled and a fee of $25 will apply for the replacement of each lost/stolen card.

    What classifies a Junior, Concession or Family?
    * Child – 16 years and under by 1st March 2014
     (Children aged 3 and under are not required to have a ticket, but must sit on a guardians lap)
    * Concession – Applies to Pensioners (aged, war, invalid or TPI) or current full time students (including ages 5-15 years, TAFE and University students). Proof of eligibility must be sent with the application form; otherwise the adult rate will apply (Senior Cards will not be accepted)
    * Family – Includes several variations:
    • 2 x Adult and 2 x Children
    • 2 x Adult and 2 x Concession

    How do I group seats together?
    If you wish to be seated with specific members or if you are introducing new members who you would like to sit with, all forms must be received together with a note indicating your seating preferences. If you are completing your application online you need to pay for the memberships on the same day and contact the Sharks Membership Department to advise your seating preference.

    Please note by purchasing your memberships on the same day as a friend is not a primary indication that you would like to be seated together. Please ensure you note who you would like to be seated with on both applications so we can link your parties together.

    How do I access NRL Finals tickets?
    All 2015 Cronulla Sharks Members will receive priority access to weeks 1 to 3 of the NRL Finals series for matches in which the Cronulla Sharks participate. Members will receive this code to their nominated email addresses. Please ensure your email is registered with the Cronulla Sharks. Due to the limited number of tickets available for any final, the allocation of tickets is at the discretion of the NRL.

    How will I receive membership information?
    All our member information will be sent via our Member EDM. All direct mail from the Club to the members will be sent to the members nominated email address. Please ensure the club has your correct and updated members email address throughout the season.

    As a member will I have access to Cronulla Sharks Away Games?
    Your 2015 Cronulla Sharks membership will grant you access to Cronulla Sharks home games only. Access will be based on which package you have selected. Tickets must be purchased from the hosting team’s ticket provider for all away games.

    Can I keep my park from last year if I renew my membership?
    No as there are no exact allocated spots.

    Can I give my parking ticket to someone else to use if I am unable to
    make IT TO the game?

    Yes that is fine. A whole punch will be punched through that allocated game.

    Is there parking at the stadium?
    Limited parking is available in the Western Car Park at $15 per car per game.

    Is there disabled car parking available at Remondis Stadium and where?
    No there is not allocated disabled car parking. There are disabled spots in the Leagues Club car park that on a game and that if you are a Leagues Club member you can gain entry into this car park. Very limited spots available.

    Can you use all Flexi 5 tickets all at the same time?
    Yes, you can use all tickets.

    Where can I sit that is undercover?
    ET Upper Grandstand and the Southern Grandstand.

    Where can I sit if I want to see the players run out?
    ET Grandstand Lower.

    Dry areas?
    The only non-alcohol area is Family Hill General Admission

    Do you offer a companion card?
    Yes we do. They need to supply us with a copy of the carers card.

    What sections are the wheelchair bays located within Remondis Stadium?
    ET Lower bay 19 or 24 or Southern Grand stand bay 41

    What side of the ground does the sun set on?
    The Sun sets on the western side of the stadium.

    Is there a bring a friend option for reserved seat members?
    No there is no bring a friend option.

    Is Remondis Stadium accessible by public transport?
    The closest train station is Woolooware station which is a 10 minute walk to and from the stadium.

    •    Always show respect for the players and staff of the Cronulla Sharks
    •    Respect every person I encounter at Sharks games (home and away) and other Sharks events regardless of their age, gender, race, sexuality, religion, team, ethnic origin, or beliefs
    •    Support my team in an appropriate manner, whilst being mindful of those around me
    •    Inform stadium staff immediately if anyone around me is behaving inappropriately so they can take appropriate action
    •    Comply with Conditions of Entry to the venue that the Sharks are playing in


    •    Engage in obscene or offensive language, cause violence, or make
        inappropriate gestures
    •    Throw any projectiles onto the field, or within the venue at Sharks games
    •    Enter the playing field at any time unless I am granted permission to do so
    •    Become intoxicated, and understand that I risk being evicted if I do
    •    Smoke within the venue unless in designated smoking areas,
    •    Bring any offensive banners, signs, or items to Sharks  games or events
    •    Engage in aggressive, offensive and/or trolling behaviour on social media
    As a Sharks Member I understand should I not adhere to the Sharks Code of Conduct my membership will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

  • What is Debitsuccess?

    All Sharks members have the option to pay for their membership via rolling instalments through Debitsuccess. The number of payments allowed will depend on when you submit your membership application/renewal and all payments must be finalised by August, 2015.

    How much does it cost?
    Debitsuccess will add a 3.09% administration fee to each instalment. There will also be a $5.00 set-up fee that must be paid directly to Debitsuccess upon selecting the instalment option. Members should be aware that additional fees apply for cancellations and missed payments.

    How many instalments can I make?
    The number of instalments will depend on when you join, with a maximum of ten monthly instalments possible, commencing in November, 2014. Regardless of when you join all memberships must be paid in full by August, 2015.

    Debit payments will come out on the 17th of each month. Please ensure you have available funds in your nominated bank account to avoid getting a late fee.

    How do I take advantage of this option?
    Simple complete the ‘Payment Details for Instalment Plan’ section on your application/renewal form and your payments will be set-up automatically. Alternatively, you can select the instalment option when you join or renew online at You will receive a letter from Debitsuccess to confirm your payment amounts and length of contract once your application has been processed.

    What are the fees if I miss a payment?
    There is an automatic $10.00 fee for any missed payments, and this fee is charged by Debitsuccess, not the Sharks so please ensure you always have enough money available in your nominated account.

    Which payment methods can I use to pay by instalments?
    You can choose to use a credit card/credit debit card, or you can choose to have direct debits taken from a savings account.

    Can I select when the payments come out?
    Yes, you can change your payment date to suit your situation. Payments are automatically set-up on the 17th of each month, but this can be changed by calling Debitsuccess on 1800 148 848.

    Additional Debitsuccess Terms and Conditions
    All Sharks members who choose to pay through rolling payments with Debitsuccess are bound by the following Debitsuccess terms and conditions:

    1. Initial Term:
    Debitsuccess will debit your account for the amounts and frequency as agreed between us on the Debitsuccess Membership Contract signed and accepted by you. The authority to debit will remain in effect for future season membership payments and the contract shall be viewed as a continuing authority to make deductions from the nominated account. In this event, the amount of any deductions beyond the initial term and applicable Service Fee will be advised to you in writing giving not less than 14 days’ notice of the new payment schedule.

    2. Change of Terms:
    In the unlikely event that the initial terms are to change, they can only do so in accordance with your Membership Contract and you will be given no less than 14 days written notice of the changes including if applicable the new amount, new frequency and next drawing date.

    3. Deferring or Stopping a Payment:
    Should you wish to defer a payment to another date you must contact Debitsuccess before the date of that payment to request the deferment. Deferments are entirely at the discretion of Debitsuccess and will depend on the length of deferment, the current state of your account and your past history. You may request us to stop an individual payment however you will still be liable to make this payment by some other method or your account will become overdue.

    4. Altering the Schedule of Payments:
    Should you wish to alter the payment frequency or Day to Debit contact Debitsuccess on 1800 148 848 and at our discretion in most instances we will be able to make the changes you require. There may be a fee charged for this service. Any changes made will not affect the total amount you would otherwise have paid over the minimum term of your Membership Contract.

    5. Cancelling the Payments:
    You can cancel this Direct Debit Request Authority by requesting this of Debitsuccess or your bank. Cancellation of the authority to debit your account will not terminate this contract or remove your liability to make the payments you have agreed to.

    6. Disputes:
    If you dispute any debit payment, you must notify Debitsuccess immediately and no later than 1 month following the date of the debit. Debitsuccess will respond to your dispute within 7 working days and will immediately refund the amount of the debit if we are not able to substantiate the reason for it. If you are not happy with the response from us you may contact your bank or financial institution who will respond to you with an answer to your claim within 7 working days for claims lodged within 12 months of the disputed drawing or within 30 working days for claims lodged more than 12 months after the disputed drawing.

    7. Non-Working Day:
    When the day to debit falls on a weekend or public holiday (as observed by the Australian banking industry) the debit will be initiated on the next working day.

    8. Dishonoured Payments:
    It is your responsibility to ensure that on the due date clear funds are available in your nominated account to meet the direct debit payment. Should your payment be dishonoured Debitsuccess will debit you an additional $10.00 with your next payment and may, if we have not received instructions to the contrary from you, debit both the current due payment and the now overdue payment(s) on the same day. Should Debitsuccess Pty Ltd be unable to obtain payment of overdue money after making every reasonable attempt then the debt may be referred to a credit reporting/debt collection agency. An additional fee of $50.00 will be added by Debitsuccess Pty Ltd to the outstanding debt at this time as its fee in dealing with the defaulting member. Further, the Member authorises Debitsuccess to add an amount equivalent to 25% of the full outstanding balance for the remainder of the minimum term or payments upon initial referral to the debt collection/credit reporting agency as a genuine pre-estimate of its costs in collecting the outstanding debt.

    9. Your Other Responsibilities:
    In addition to those already mentioned, you are responsible for ensuring your nominated account is able to accept direct debits. If it is not, it is your responsibility to provide Debitsuccess with a new account number.

    10. Privacy:
    A Customer’s “personal information” (as that term is defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) will only be used by Debitsuccess to provide you with the services contemplated by this Agreement and any directly related products/services from time to time.   • By submitting an application/renewal form you are granted membership subject to the following terms and conditions:

    Venue Entry
    1.    Members agree to be bound by the Conditions of Entry of Remondis Stadium. Entry details can be found upon entry to the stadium and by emailing

    2.    A 2015 ticketed membership entitles the Member to admittance to all official Cronulla Sharks home matches at Remondis Stadium throughout the 2015 season.

    3.    Members will not be eligible for compensation should they be unable to attend a game.

    4.    The dates, venues and times of 2015 NRL fixtures are subject to change.

    Membership Renewals, Pricing and Payments
    1.    2014 season members wishing to renew their seats for 2015 have between 9am Monday 10th November to 5pm Monday 8th December to retain their same seat or request a seat change. After this period Cronulla Sharks reserve the right to release any un-renewed  seats for additional renewed Member seating requests or new Members.

    2.    It is the responsibility of the member to fill in their application form accurately and completely and to notify the Sharks should their details change. The Sharks will not be held responsible for Members failure to receive communications as a result of incorrect or outdated information being provided to the club.

    3.    The prices advertised in the brochure exclude all applicable credit card transaction fees and payment plan fees where applicable. Members paying in full will have the credit card transaction fees added to the total cost of the membership. For Members paying in full the fees for VISA, Mastercard and AMEX will be charged at 1.95% and Diners will be charged at 3.4%

    4.    In the event that the Season Ticket is lost or stolen the Cronulla Sharks must be notified immediately so that the card can be cancelled. Note, there will be a fee of $25 to replace the card if lost. If the card has been stolen the Member can provide a Police event number to the Sharks Membership Team to have the $25 card replacement fee waived.

    5.    The Club reserves the right to suspend or cancel a season ticket if the Member is found to have breached ground regulations or Cronulla Sharks Membership terms and conditions and Sharks code of conduct.

    6.    Membership cards are transferable provided that they are transferred to a person of equal or lesser status eg: A Concession Member can only pass their ticket to a person also eligible for a Concession. The Member is responsible for this persons behaviour and may have their season tickets suspended or cancelled should this person not abide to the Sharks Membership terms and conditions or Ground Regulations.

    7.    Members may choose to join or renew either online, by submitting an application form or  renewal form in the post, over the phone, or in person. Regardless of how the membership is purchased, as a condition of their membership, all Members agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and Code of Conduct of Cronulla Sharks Membership.

    8.    After submitting an application or renewal for ticketed membership(s), payment will not be taken until the membership(s) are actually processed and allocated. All applications for Interstate and Non-ticketed memberships will be charged when the application is received.

    9.    Memberships purchased after the first home game will not be sold on a pro-rata basis, and will be charged at the prices listed in the 2015 Cronulla Sharks Membership brochure.

    10.  Payments made by Personal/Company cheque, Cash and Money Orders: Cheques, money orders and cash payments will be banked immediately, upon receipt. Cheques and money orders must be made out to ‘Cronulla Sharks Football Club’. Cash payments must be made in person at the Sharks Store located in the Sharkies Leagues Club anytime between 9am – 5.00pm Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) and Saturdays 10am-4pm.

    11.    Dishonoured Credit Card Payments: If a credit card payment is declined by your bank you will be contacted regarding an alternate form of payment. If the alternate payment method is also unsuccessful your order will be removed from the seating allocation queue and your membership order may be cancelled.

    12.    Dishonoured Cheque Payments: If a cheque is dishonoured you will be contacted regarding an alternate form of payment. All dishonoured cheques will incur an immediate fee of $20.00 as these fees are applied by the bank. If the alternate payment method is not successful your order will be removed from the seating allocation queue and your membership order may be cancelled.

    Rolling Payment Plans/Instalment Payments
    1.    Paying by Instalments: Members choosing to pay by instalments will do so by the Member entering into an agreement with Debitsuccess Pty Ltd. By selecting this option, Members agree to their membership being automatically renewed for subsequent seasons unless they choose to “Opt Out” during the designated timeframe set by the Cronulla Sharks. All Members who choose to pay by instalments must have their membership paid in full by Monday 17 August, 2015. Any Members who miss an instalment risk having their membership voided and barcodes cancelled.  Members who choose to pay by instalments will be bound by the Terms and Conditions of their agreement with Debitsuccess Pty Ltd (refer to Additional transaction fees of 3.09% apply per instalment, along with an initial set-up fee of $5.00. Cancellation fees  and missed payment fees also apply. The Cronulla Sharks do not accept responsibility for, or are in any way liable for, agreements entered into between Members and Debitsuccess Pty Ltd (or its agents).

    2.    Rolling Renewals: Rolling renewals are automatically applied to members paying by instalments, but are optional for members paying in full. Rolling renewals will mean the membership is automatically renewed into the same seats and packages for subsequent seasons, at the updated and relevant price. Prior to the renewal rollover members will be given a 14-day period in which to make any changes or upgrades to the membership package, or to notify the Cronulla Sharks in writing that they do not wish to rollover (strict timeframes apply).

    3.    Rolling Renewals if Paying by Instalments: Rolling renewals automatically apply to all  Members paying by instalments. Instalments will commence on November 17th and a maximum of 10 monthly instalments will apply in order for all accounts to be paid in full and finalised by August 17, 2015. All members who join after November 17, 2014 will have their number of instalments adjusted, and payments re-calculated, to ensure the account is still finalised by August 17, 2015. Instalments will commence for the following season in November 2015 unless the member notifies the Cronulla Sharks in writing that they wish to ‘Opt Out’. All members paying by instalments are also bound by the Debit Success Terms and Conditions available at

    4.    Rolling Renewals if Paying in Full: Any members paying in full who select the rolling renewal option will have the full payment charged to the same credit card as the
        previous season, and the member is responsible for updating these details should the card details change, or to provide the new expiry date if the card expires. To select the rolling renewal option, please complete the relevant section when submitting payment details. All members paying in full are bound by the Cronulla Sharks standard payment Terms and Conditions.

    5.    Opt Out: Members who sign up for the rolling renewal option will have their membership automatically renewed until such time that they ‘Opt Out’ for future membership renewals. The Cronulla Sharks will advise each member, in writing, of the cost of their membership  for the upcoming season and outline a specific timeframe in which they will have the option to no longer renew their membership, or change/upgrade their automatically renewed membership. This information will also be available online. The change period will be 14 days in length, with any requests outside this period not guaranteed, and subject to cancellation fees and charges as outlined.

    Membership Classification and Age Restrictions:
    1.     Junior: to qualify as a Junior you must be 14 years or younger on March 1, 2015.
        Children under 4 years of age on this date may enter the venue for free, but must be
        seated on the lap of an accompanying adult.

        Concession: Concession memberships are available to any persons holding a current government-issued Seniors Card, Pensioner Concession Card, Fulltime Student card or Repatriation Health Care Card Totally and Permanently Incapacitated. Please note that Health Care Cards are not accepted as a form of concession. It is a condition of entry that all Concession card holders agree to present their concession identification card if
    requested. If a concession card cannot be presented the membership card holder will be refused entry to the venue. Concession memberships cannot be upgraded for individual games.

    2.    Ticketed Member: Refers to a member who holds an active 2015 membership that includes four or more Cronulla Sharks home games at Remondis Stadium.

    3.    Non-ticketed Member: Refers to a member who holds an active 2015 membership that includes two or less Cronulla Sharks home games at Remondis Stadium.

    4.    Junior Rugby League Passes: Junior rugby league pass redemption at Cronulla Sharks home games is at the discretion of the Cronulla Sharks and is subject to capacity. Pass access can be cancelled for any game as chosen by the Cronulla Sharks.  Junior passes cannot be used at any NRL Finals games or NRL official trials.

    5.    Junior league passes cannot be used for the 2015 home game against the St George Dragons.

    Membership Inclusion Information
    1. All Interstate members will receive two general admission ticket for a 2015 Cronulla Sharks home game of their choice. This ticket is subject to stadium capacity and cannot  be used for the 2015 home game against the St George Dragons. The offer is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used during NRL Finals matches. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is limited to one free ticket per voucher.

    2.    All Interstate members will receive one general admission ticket for a 2015 Cronulla Sharks away game of their choice located at Canberra Stadium, AAMI Park or Suncorp Stadium. The offer is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used during NRL Finals matches. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is limited to one free ticket per voucher.

    3.    The 10% discount at the official Sharks Store is available to members upon presentation  of their season membership card. This offer can only be used to purchase full-priced merchandise and is not redeemable for cash. This discount offer expires on 30th October 2015. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is not available on discounted stock. Sharks Store is located inside Sharkies Leagues Club at 461 Captain Cook Drive Cronulla NSW 2230.

    4.     ‘Any game tickets’ are to be treated as cash. If lost they cannot be replaced. Entry using  ‘Any game tickets’ is subject to capacity and does not guarantee entry if the stadium is full.

    5.    ‘Any game tickets’ cannot be used at the 2015 Cronulla Sharks v Dragons home game at Remondis Stadium

    Membership Contact Information and Privacy
    1.    All Cronulla Sharks Junior & Reefy’s Junior members must have their membership placed under their own individual names and a date of birth must be provided for every member on an account.

    2.    As a Cronulla Sharks member you have the opportunity to be provided with promotional offers from our sponsors. However, if you would prefer not to receive marketing/promotional material please contact us on 1300 SHARKS to have your details removed from all future marketing and promotional databases.

    3.    You consent to the Cronulla Sharks providing personal information you have provided to the Cronulla Sharks (excluding any details related to methods of payment) to our sponsors for the purpose of our Sponsors providing you with details of offers that may be of interest to you.

    Membership Cancellation
    1.    The Cronulla Sharks reserve the right to suspend/cancel a membership of any Member who behaves in a manner that is deemed to be inappropriate.  The Cronulla Sharks have the right to decide what is inappropriate conduct in their own discretion. The Member has no right to object to or appeal against any decision by the Cronulla Sharks to suspend or cancel a membership as a consequence of the Member acting in a manner the Cronulla Sharks consider is inappropriate or that which is in breach of the Member Code of Conduct.

    2.    All Members are expected to uphold the Cronulla Sharks Member Code of Conduct available online and failure to comply can result in an immediate cancellation of the membership. In circumstances where your membership is suspended or cancelled for inappropriate conduct you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of your membership entitlements.

    3.    If a Member breaches the Cronulla Sharks terms and conditions or otherwise engages in  behaviour deemed inappropriate or unbecoming as a member of the Cronulla Sharks, the Cronulla Sharks reserves the right unconditionally to terminate the membership in which case the member forfeits their membership rights and will not be entitled to a refund of their membership fees.

    4.    All Memberships are subject to the terms of ticket sale.

    5.    2015 Cronulla Sharks Memberships cannot be cancelled due to members own lack of attendance, team performance, weather or in reference to any management decisions made by the Cronulla Sharks. Requests for cancellation in extenuating circumstances can be made on a case by case basis to: Cronulla Sharks Membership Department, PO BOX 2219 TAREN POINT NSW 2229
    6.    The Cronulla Sharks reserve the right to refuse an application for Membership.

    Frequently Asked Questions and Terms and Conditions
    1.    If any unforeseen circumstances impact on the Cronulla Sharks ability to deliver on its representations in the Membership offer the Cronulla Sharks will not be held liable.

    2.     All details outlined in the Frequently Asked Questions also form part of the Terms and Conditions.
    3.    The Cronulla Sharks reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as may be   reasonably necessary from time to time.

    4.    Any user of the Member’s Membership rights is also bound by the Terms and Conditions  of the Membership, and the Member is obliged to inform such persons of these terms and conditions.

    5.    By applying for Membership I acknowledge that I accept the above Terms and Conditions.
