The Hisense Sharks would like to clarify a few details regarding the Members Only Forum - The Tank.

Your user name is 'firstname.lastname'. There is also a function that allows people to change their username as well.

Your password is simply your membership number.
Your Membership number will be something like (SHA-123456). Therefore the users pin is the number without the 'SHA-' part.

I.e. John Smith (SHA-123456)
Username: john.smith
Password: 123456

For Members who have already been using the forums, your information hasn’t changed. Your username will be whatever you have changed it to as well as your password.

Members are invited to contribute to discussions and chat with equally passionate Sharks fans on The Tank.

It is a great place for all Hisense Sharks Members to get online and interact with equally passionate fans. It’s also a great medium to voice your opinions and provide the club with some feedback on the various experiences you share with the Football Club.

It is the only place to come to for first hand and direct answers to questions and concerns, etc. There will be regular blogs with Members of staff- both football and administration too! So any member posting on the forum will get a quick response from someone at the club who knows the answer!
